The introduction of a management system at the company Jörg Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG was a decision of strategic importance for the entire organisation. The basis of the management system is the attainment of the requirements of the standards: ISO/TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001.

The aim is to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting the customer demands and providing additional services. The process-oriented attitude permits numerous interlinked activities to be identified, managed and controlled. The basic approach at Jörg Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG is to deploy a system of processes, paired with the identification of the interactions of these processes and their management.
