1. Slotted and Coiled Spring Pins
We manufacture slotted metric spring pins in accordance with ISO
8752 and 13337 in diameters from 1 to 50 mm and imperial sized
slotted spring pins (ROLLPIN®) per ASME B.18.8.2 in diameters
from 1/16 to 3/4 inches. Coiled spring pins are manufactured in
diameters up to 16 mm (5/8 inches). JV spring pins are your economical
solution to many fastening problems. They can replace over 12 different
types of fasteners.
2. Tension Bushings
We produce and stock tension bushings for internal (DIN 1498) and
external (DIN 1499) application in metric and imperial sizes, as
well as many special purpose bushings. Tension bushings are cost
effective bearings, ideal for high-load/low-speed applications
in harsh or diffi cult service environments. Our bushings are used
by the leading Off Highway, Earth Moving, Material Handling, Mining
and Agricultural equipment manufacturers as well as in railway
cars and locomotives.
3. compression limiter®
The automotive industry uses a lot of injection molded parts because
of light weight designs and cost savings. These parts are usually
fastened on or in the vehicle.
The screwed joint exceeds the allowable axial surface pressure of
the injection molded parts.
Compression limiter® made of non-ferrous metals and steel have
to be used. Jörg Vogelsang gives you the cost effective alternatives to
the expensive machined part.
