3 D Coordinate Measuring Machine

This equipment performs automatical measurements
with complicated geometries that require high accuracy.

 

 

 

Contour Measuring Machine

We have contour roughness measuring equipment for
small shapes and contours available.

 

 

 

Tensile and Pressure Test Machines

Our tensile and pressure test equipment are used for tensile,
stability and bent testing.

 

 

 

 

Process Control Systems

We use our SPC-System for process control.

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Environmental simulations
  We have a salt spray chamber in order to be able to test the efficiency of corrosion protection systems or to permit the rapid detection of defects.
• Layer thickness measuring instruments
  Naturally, we are also in a position to check the layer thickness of a host of surface coatings.
• Monitoring of testing equipment
  Our comprehensive monitoring of testing equipment guarantees that only perfect testing devices monitor our quality. Our supplier evaluation system and checks in the incoming and outgoing goods departments constantly ensure good product quality. Nevertheless, if we only have limited possibilities for special tests at our company, our close co-operation with accredited testing institutes and works laboratories also permits these tests to be conducted.
